Abstract Background Diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) in the era technological sophistication requires accuracy and speed to provide as much information possible so that TB treatment can be carried out quickly precisely. New studies have also begun diagnose TB, one which is by examining genes, either looking at polymorphisms, mutations, or expressions. Several previous confirmed association MC3R genes with polymorphisms; a gene participates regulation inflammatory process found macrophages; therefore, we tried analyze expression active group, household contacts, healthy controls for looked differences between three groups correlation seeing group's increased most results considered diagnostic biomarker future.
